Re: England Squad Announcement
Great for Bowen and richly deserved.

Maguire, Henderson and Phillips is a fucking ongoing joke. Phillips is the only one who you could say has an actual future at international level. Maguire and Henderson are yesterday's news. He's got to think forward to 2-4 years time and bring players in who will be a new core of the squad, not keep trotting out players who aren't.

Choosing Phillips and Henderson ahead of JWP is an insult.

Ah I spoke too soon about England.

Italy were the biggest winners today.

73 percent possession against North Macedonia!!

twofacedcunt crying isn’t my thing and I’ve learnt to put this modern version of football into perspective enough to not get near that sort of emotion about how good or bad West Ham are doing….you however keep going on about ‘crying’ so you must have it as one of your go to’s and are embarrassed by it hence you keep trying to post it as some sort of put down….

….you’ve been broken son and will even except any old Graham Taylor level of shit football….but he managed England right?

Good thing there are no Hammers in the England team. It means I couldn't give a fuck about the outcome.

Re: England Squad Announcement
Madderson as a left winger? a position he has NEVER player, Maguire who has had all of 20 mins of football this season at ManU plays all 90 mins then takes Bellingham off but leaves a shit Jorden Henderson on....LOL

Fucked up starting 11, fucked up changes, Southgate is a fucking joke

I went to watch Lewes vs Folkestone today.

Lewes had 68% possession

They lost 3-1.

Possession doesn’t get you 3 points.

Re: England Squad Announcement
England did have 69 percent possession though which is important.

Only watched bits of it, but the Mudryk bloke maybe should have taken up a career in athletics. Runs very fast but zero ability on the ball.

Re: England Squad Announcement
Surely all those Ukrainian fans (& Shevshenko & Rebrov) should be at home fighting for their nation not poncing around in Poland?

1-1 between Ukraine & Poland according to the BEIGE bird.
England very turgid in the hour I saw, no tempo or urgency.
The shout further down about Southgate doing a 'Martinez at Belgium' is spot on. Lots of talent in this squad but he is adding nothing to it.
He has enough at his disposal to bin Maguire, K Phillips and Henderson but is just treading water.
Where is the Kane back up?

The 2024 Euros are winnable if England sort themselves out. France are clearly the best team but the likes of Spain, Germany & Italy are well short of their previous best

ps Chelsea have been absolutely done on Mudryk. £80m+? WOW

Re: England Squad Announcement
When you manage England there are 2 quite important things to ensure whilst we have one of, if not the best league in the world….

1. You make it worthwhile to stop a generally exciting league to watch international football.

2. It represents your countries style football well.

Southgate does neither…..he just makes us all yearn for it to be back to Premier League football.

So the performance was absolutely consistent with the selection. Hopeless

That performance makes Moyesball seem positively sexy.
